Server change

Murbah.com.au is changing over to a dinkum Australian server.
Expect faster page load times, ping will be down from 250ms to 50ms.

We've been with Superb Internet for the last five years - a really excellent host no doubt about it, but it's time to get local and enjoy those faster load times.

Murwillumbah ONLINE is even snappier..

More Commercial Advertisiers Needed!

We'll be pushing, starting next week, with a town-wide campaign for new advertisers / sponsors for the site. I will personally walk up and down Main Street and Wollumbin Street with special offers for all retailers. The week after will see a similar envelope drop for the South Murwillumbah industrial / Commercial area and Tweed Valley Way. 

At only $90p.a., the cost is nominal, and the general usefulness of the site as an information resource makes our December goal of  150 visits / 380 pageviews per day easily acheivable quickly. A sticker campaign will help raise the profile of the site in the meantime.

Murwillumbah ONLINE pre-launch

Murbah.com.au, Murwillumbah ONLINE is up and running, although not officuially launched until 2 October - it provides an excellent info resource for commerical and community links in Murwillumbah and the Tweed Valley, NSW.

The next addition will be the Tourism / Info section with tons of great local treat for visitors.

Speed On Tweed & Murbah.com.au

The new and vastly improved murbah.com.au is not ready for launch in time for this year's Speed On Tweed Festival, but not to worry - the site's usefulness and popularity in the long run will not be handicapped.
I will, however, be working hard over this weekend and the coming two weeks to have it ready for launch on 2nd October.
